Remember when I was
complaining commenting about Jackmaii Clematis not blooming in conjunction with the Ballerina rose? Jack received the memo this week. Aren't they lovely together?
Am going to do my gardening homework and study proper pruning for varieties of clematis.

Beautiful! Let me know what you find out about pruning Jack. I've got one I planted last year that was coming up pretty nicely until our killer frosts attacked it a couple weeks ago. It is now a mass of brown leaves with a few purple & brown flowers popping out.
