Whew! It has been hot with lots of humidity!
So far, the flowers have been loving it.
In spite of the cold winter, the daylilies prove themselves to be dependable.
The rains bring a mixed bag--good for the flowers and good for the weeds. The mosquito's have been vicious.
When I haven't been pulling weeds, I have been working on completing and finishing projects.
I keep telling myself to enjoy the summer because I could be complaining about the cold temps snow and ice. We humans are never satisfied!
You're right - we're never quite satisfied, are we? ;-)
ReplyDeleteLovely flowers! The problem is that nature can never give us perfect temperatures for extended periods. lol! And by extended, I mean for months at a time. :D

ReplyDeleteYour flowers are beautiful! I can only wish we had some of your rain. For us it is water, water, water!
ReplyDeleteHow gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThe flowers are gorgeous. We too are having lots of heat 100 + degrees with next to NO humidity. That's what I love about living in the Mojave Desert. I grew up in N.Y & N.J. too. Went back for a visit with the idea of moving back home. NOPE, that did it, the squiters LUV me and the humidity was awful for me. Anyways, your flowers are wonderful.
